Coles Süpermarketlerinde Satılan Çocuklara Yönelik Çizim Tableti Oyuncağı Acil Olarak Geri Çağrıldı: Ölüm Tehlikesi Uyarısı
Coles süpermarketlerinde Avustralya genelinde satılan VTronix Dijital Çizim Tableti, acil olarak geri çağrıldı. Oyuncak, butonlu pillerin güvenlik standartlarına uymadığı için çocuklar için ölüm riski taşıyor.
Ürün güvenliği uyarısına göre, buton/jeton pillerinin yeterince güvenli şekilde yerleştirilmediği ve küçük çocukların bu pillere erişim sağlayabileceği belirtildi. “Buton/jeton pillerine erişim sağlayan çocuklar, pilleri yutarsa ya da vücutlarına yerleştirirse, boğulma, ciddi iç yanıklar ya da ölüm riski ile karşılaşabilirler,” denildi.
Coles süpermarketlerinden ülke çapında geri çağrılan VTronix Dijital Çizim Tabletleri mavi ve pembe renkte satılıyordu. Kaynak: Ürün Güvenliği – Product Safety
Bu tür ciddi ya da ölümcül yaralanmalar, iki saat içinde gerçekleşebilir. Çin’de üretilen ve IFI Australia Pty Ltd tarafından sağlanan bu ürünler, 30 Aralık 2024 ile 10 Ocak 2025 tarihleri arasında Coles süpermarketlerinde satıldı.
Etkilenen model — RX-YST-DB24 — mavi ve pembe renklerde satıldı.
Tüketiciler, ürünü hemen kullanmayı durdurmaları ve çocukların erişemeyeceği bir yere koymaları konusunda uyarıldı. Ürünü satın aldıkları Coles mağazasına geri getirerek tam bir geri ödeme alabilecekleri belirtildi.
